52nd Street
Jazz era nostalgia in this photograph by William Gottlieb makes a great canvas. It was the place to be in the 30's, 40's and 50's.
Swing Street
52nd Street became the
Swing Street of New York City after the repeal of Prohibition. Through to the 1950s, the clubs on 52nd Street hosted some of the greatest jazz musicians including Miles Davies, Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie and more. Today only the 21 Club survived the urban renewal of the 1950's and 60's and 52nd Street is now full of department stores, shops and banks.
This 52nd Street canvas is available in 16 x 12 inches (40 x 30 cm) to 72 x 48 inches (180 x 120 cm).
About the canvases at almadys.com
The manufacturers of of our canvases are simply amazing. Utilising fade-resistant UV protecting archival inks on a heavy weight waterproof canvas is just the start.
It's a great way for you to fill those empty wall spaces. In fact, our canvas prints start at a 16" x 12" piece to a massive 96" x 48". That's about 8 x 4 feet. That's a lot of wall covering!
Most of our customers prefer stretched canvases - canvases that are professionally gallery wrapped, mounted on quality 3-4 cm stretcher frames and are ready to hang, but we also provide 'unstretched' canvas prints. These are great if you intend having them framed or mounted in other ways to match your decor.
